Remote Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching Package Includes:
Individualized 1:1 coaching
We’ll start with a 30-min onboarding call to ensure the training program and nutrition plan are tailored to your needs—and work for you and your lifestyle.
Customized training program
I'll develop an in-app training program (using the Terminator Training Method coaching app) that will be specifically tailored to your specific goals, needs, limitations, equipment available, etc. You'll have step-by-step lifting video instructions and the ability to track progress in the app. Option to send me videos of your lifts for critiques on form.
Personalized nutrition coaching
Personalized nutrition coaching including specific calorie counts and macronutrient ratios based on individual needs, goals, and food preference. Ability to track macros using the Terminator Training Method (TTM) app (similar to any popular calorie tracking app.)
Accountability
Daily in-app habit check-ins (3-5 min.) to help stay on track. Weekly more detailed check-ins, also in the app. Monthly video check-ins to recap the month, set goals for the upcoming month, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure continued progress.
Unlimited direct access
You’ll have unlimited in-app direct message access to me for any questions, along with a "vault" in the app that's full of helpful guides, cheat sheets, and video clips (only available to my clients).
