The Man Behind The Terminator Training Method
Kevin Smith, the creator of the Terminator Training Method, has been religiously (some would say obsessively) studying and self-experimenting with different forms of training and nutrition strategies for over 16 years. He has mastered the art of endurance training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and tactical fitness training to become a well rounded athlete. He is constantly searching for and experimenting for new ways to improve himself, and loves helping others along the way by sharing his knowledge. He has strong opinions of the mainstream fitness industry and is not afraid to tell it like it is. He’s spent years studying, listening to and putting into practice (an important step many fit-influencers miss) what works when it comes to changing your body and improving your health. During this time, he’s experimented with countless training methods. His history of a wide variety of fitness endeavors has given him a plethora of evidence based, as well as anecdotal data on what works and what doesn't. He earned the nickname of “Terminator” from his colleagues after squatting 450 lbs, deadlifting 550 lbs, running seven 6-minute miles and then rucking eight 8-minute miles –– all within 4 hours.
His breadth of knowledge spreads beyond just fitness and expands into nutrition, self-improvement, “biohacking” (one of his least favorite terms, along with “toned”), and just making life more productive, more fun, and more rewarding. He enjoys everything involving fitness, longevity, health, happiness and performance, and would love to share his knowledge with as many people as possible.
