Welcome to Jacked Gazelle 2.0
Jacked Gazelle delivered incredible results for hundreds, and Jack Gazelle 2.0 (JG2.0) builds on that success with three more years of refined training experience and knowledge. This PDF program is specifically designed for advanced hybrid athletes who are looking to reach a new level of strength, endurance and athleticism. Whether you're a tactical athlete, prepping for selection, or aiming for top-tier hybrid fitness, JG2.0 is the ticket to crush your goals.
Although most people look at programming as a science, the top programs are just as much art as they are science. The art of programming, however, is not about making things more complicated. Rather, it’s about extreme attention to detail in an effort to offer trainees a unique and highly effective training experience. In JG2.0, you’ll experience just that; the art of programming.
Although “hybrid” is a common buzzword in today’s world, the hybrid training approach is still a struggle for many people. It’s not as simple as taking a running program and mashing it up to a lifting program so you end up with a 200% program. Sadly, most of the popular hybrid programs in existence are just that; slap the two together, hang on for dear life, hope for the best.
This isn’t a low-volume program, but it’s designed to strike the right balance. The goal is to help you become as fit as possible—not by pushing you to exhaustion, but by providing intentional, purposeful challenges. Expect it to be tough, but always with a clear purpose. I’m in the business of helping people improve, and JG2.0 was created with progress in mind.
