Hybrid Performance

Hybrid training doesn't have to mean becoming mediocre at everything. The goal is to build strength, endurance, muscle, and athleticism simultaneously while managing fatigue intelligently.
TTM's hybrid training programs are built for military members, tactical athletes, first responders, and serious recreational athletes who refuse to sacrifice performance in one area to improve another. Whether your goal is to get stronger while improving your running or build muscle without losing endurance, these evidence-based programs balance strength, conditioning, recovery, and long-term performance.
The Jacked Gazelle series does not need to be completed in a specific order. Each program is a standalone hybrid training system with its own structure, training emphasis, and progression. Choose the program that best matches your current experience, equipment, and goals—you don't need to start with the original before moving to 2.0 or 3.0.
These programs are also an excellent choice for military and Special Operations candidates who are more than four months away from selection. Many athletes use the Jacked Gazelle series to build a larger engine, increase strength, improve running performance, and develop durability before transitioning into a selection-specific program like the SFAS Training Program or Ruck | Run | Lift when it's time to focus on mission-specific preparation.
